Orders are picked, packed and shipped through Delhivery, with tracking on every parcel.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India, wherever Delhivery services the PIN code. You can check your PIN code on any product page before you order — the check tells you whether we deliver there, and whether both Cash on Delivery and prepaid are available at that address. Some remote PIN codes are classed as out-of-delivery-area and may take longer.
Delivery charges
Delivery is charged at a flat rate, and is free above the order value shown in your cart. Your cart tells you how much more you need to add to qualify. The exact charge for your order appears at checkout, before you pay, and is included in the total.
Timelines
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of being confirmed.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination.
- Metro addresses are usually at the faster end of that range, remote ones at the slower.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, weather, strikes and other events outside our control can delay a parcel.
Tracking your order
Once a parcel is handed to Delhivery, a tracking number appears on your order page and live scan updates follow it from there. You can see the same information in the Picksy Stores app.
Delivery attempts
Delhivery attempts delivery up to three times. Keep the phone number on your order reachable — couriers call before arriving. Parcels that cannot be delivered return to us; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to your money.
Receiving your order
Please check the parcel before accepting it. If the outer packaging is torn or tampered with, refuse the delivery and tell us — that is much easier to resolve than a return raised afterwards.
Cash on Delivery
Where Cash on Delivery is available for your PIN code, pay the courier the exact order total shown on your order page. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
