These terms govern your use of picksystores.com and the Picksy Stores mobile app. By placing an order you accept them.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to buy from us.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself.
- The details you give us — especially the delivery address and phone number — must be accurate. Deliveries fail on wrong addresses, and we cannot recover a parcel sent to one.
- We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse, or repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery parcels.
Products and prices
- Product images are illustrative; slight variation in colour or packaging is possible.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
- Delivery charges and taxes are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
- Stock is limited. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we will cancel that order and refund you in full.
- If a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it. We will tell you when this happens.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order. Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed immediately; orders paid online are confirmed once the payment is verified.
Payment
- Cash on Delivery — pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
- Online payment — UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
If money leaves your account but the order does not appear, do not pay again — contact us with the payment reference and we will trace it.
Coupons
- Coupons are subject to the conditions attached to each code: a minimum order value, eligible categories or price bands, an expiry date, a total usage cap, and in some cases a per-customer or first-order-only limit.
- One coupon per order.
- A coupon applies only to the items it covers, so the discount may be less than the headline figure suggests.
- Cancel an order and the coupon redemption is returned to you.
- Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

Reviews
Only customers who have received an order containing a product may review it, and each customer may leave one review per product. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, or contain personal information.
Intellectual property
The PicksyStores name, logo, site design and content belong to us or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Our liability
We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
